Programme Structure

The ATHE Level 7 Extended Diploma in Strategic Management consists of 5 core mandatory
and three optional units.. To be awarded the ATHE Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management
learners must achieve a minimum of a Pass in all units.

Strategic Planning

The objective of this module is to cultivate the essential knowledge, comprehension, and capabilities required for crafting a strategic plan within an organization.

Finance for Strategic Managers

Participants in this course will acquire the knowledge, insight, and practical skills needed to evaluate both internal and publicly accessible financial data. This proficiency is designed to enhance strategic decision-making processes.

Research for Strategic Development

The objective of this module is to equip individuals with the necessary knowledge, insights, and competencies to conduct effective research in support of strategic business management. By exploring various methodologies and tools, learners will be prepared to tackle complex business challenges, fostering informed decision-making and strategic planning processes.

Organisational Behaviour

The goal of this module is to equip learners with a deep comprehension of how various factors—such as organizational behavior, structure, culture, motivation, creativity, and leadership—significantly influence an organization’s overall effectiveness and efficiency.

Personal Development for Leadership and Strategic Management

This module is designed to empower learners to refine their personal leadership and management capabilities, focusing specifically on the development and realization of an organization’s vision and strategic direction.

International Business Environment

International Marketing

Developing Organisational Vision and Strategic Direction
